Returns & Exchanges

At SOOS Atelier, we want you to be completely enamored with your home curation; if an item doesn't perfectly suit your space, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to begin the return authorization process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective wrap and box to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
